Okay- okay okay, so I’ve been holding back from answering this for a whiiilllee because I found it difficult to ramble about Wukong because my selfship with him is…complicated…[Rambling below!]

I love Wukong, I really do! And I really wanted to selfship with him when I first started to realize I had a crush on him. But- unlike allll of my other self ships, I couldn’t for the life of me think of lore for him and my sona. And I KNOW that’s not a big of a deal, selfshipping is supposed to be fun and free, but that little annoying bit in my brain keeps on telling me I have to have something planned out before selfshipping with him fully, like- before making a sona or drawing any art. And that’s okay! If it’s really bothering that small part of my brain so much, I’ll listen to it and put that selfship on the back burner and let me think about it.

But….in the mean time…there’s a certain other monkey that I’ve been eyeing uppp….

Macaque is so stupid. He is so edgy and thinks he’s so much cooler than he actually is. He’s exactly my type of guy. I can’t NOT fuck him.

For some reason, lore for him and my sona came SOO much easier than the lore or Wukong and my sona.

My sona, who, I’m just calling Sam for now cause I want to give her a Chinese themed name, but I wanna make sure I don’t accidentally fuck it up, so I’m putting that on the back burner for now as well! But annyyyway, she’s a sort of goddess. I don’t want to say exactly a goddess because I’d feel obligated to research Chinese legends so I don’t accidentally insult anyone but research scares me so I’m not committed to anything yet.

But, she’s technically a sky goddess. More specifically, a thunder/lightning goddess. She thinks so insanely high of herself and she is not afraid to let you know that. I’m sure all the praise she gets from her followers and stuff doesn’t help her ego but whatever.

Right now she’s trying to blend more into modern times, I don’t know whyyyy she’s doing this, she’s not afraid to just i go nto goddess mode randomly in the streets if there’s any danger, I think she’s just trying be ‘hip with the kids’ since she’s technically like thousands of years old. Idk.

She’d probably be introduced to the main group during when Lady Bone Demon freezes over the city and she joins the group to help. In the first few seasons/episodes she wouldn’t take up to much spotlight, she’d just be like Nezha at first before getting more dedicated episodes.

I don’t think I’ve described her that well so if you’re interested feel free to check out the Pinterest section I have for her (I also have one for her and Macaque)

Speaking of her and Macaque, I haven’t quite figured out their dynamic yet, only bits and pieces, but I like to think that at first they had a bit of a friendly rivalry. At first their egos would definitely clash causing them to get in petty arguments which would then lead to a small physical fight to let off steam.

It would start like Sam getting mad or petty at Macaque, throwing a lightning bolt in his direction, and when he ducks and turns around to stare at the lightning bolt now wedged into the wall, before smirking at her and being like. “Oh, ho ho ho, so you wanna go?”

And despite them having a sort of rivalry at first, it went by so quick I wouldn’t call their dynamic enemies to lovers, idk what I would call them tbh, but def not enemies to lovers lol.

They would often start physical fights, mostly by Sam being eager to show off and just fight and Macaque just humoring her. They would often do it to train, or just when both of them have won’t up energy, but when their relationship turns more romantic there would be something about how they fight that would make the group leave the room due to being grossed out.

ALSO! I kind of headcanon that in this universe, where my selfship exists, ShadowPeach did happen. And Macaque was dedicated, he was ready to give that relationship his all. And Wukong (who I headcanon to have commitment issues) was scared shitless at that fact.

But my sona is nothing if not committed. She’ll brag about her relationship with macaque, 24-7. If anyone insults him? Uhm??? Excuse you??? How dare you insult the partner of the sky goddess???

And Macaque is not used to that, at all!! He’s used to being the one who’s dedicated, not the other way around.

im sorry there hasnt been much Rino content, for i am in a devistating slump. And im stuck on a certain part of the AU's story. as well as im in the middle of doing a wordless comic about sasha and pavel (which im hesitant to even do now cause its angsty AF)

in all fairness we can mess around with silver's age in particular and retcon anything that's been stated in the past, just cuz of all of his stuff being based around an acc that isn't exactly around anymore. so their age being pushed back is fine w/ me 👍

moving rocket's nonsense around is also fine cuz i tend to combine game and manga (and sometimes anime) lore as i see fit and im pretty sure rocket being a direct response to silver's kidnapping is a manga only thing. i think i get what ur saying about them ramping up after silver gets grabbed also..

if im following correctly this means that silver has been recently(ish) kidnapped and allll of that bs with silver and pryce and the gsc arc has to go down before lance really gets involved in hgss and starts to mellow out as a person and becomes more parental. unfortunate.. that's a good few awkward years between "#1 people hater" and "silver's amazing parent" where lance has to figure out wtf wyrm is doing with wyrms life

ALSO YEAH THE VIRIDIAN FOREST RULE.. hilarious 10/10. and yeah idgaf about the 10 year rule as far as im concerned its "whenever the forest feels like it it makes a random kid psychically linked to pokemon" /hj. honestly sometimes i lowk regret rejecting the "they can also heal pokemon" part of the rule because i think n meeting a person who not only has the same ability as her but can also heal pokemon with a touch would really do damage to her psyche. as in she'd be super jealous. "why can't i heal my friends..? do i not love them enough?" alas

anyways YAHOO ART!! i am not a gothetelle fan but i think you did a good job! honestly humanoid pokemon are super hard to draw to me because if you make them too animal-like then they don't look like the actual pokemon anymore, but make them too human and they're right in the uncanny valley. but i think yours looks good

Soooo this is a bit awkward to say, but do you mind explaining the Lance arcs in the manga to me like I'm five really quick..? I never read those ones and I have zero clue how it goes, which low-key fucks up Eurynome's lore (which I'm fiddling with rn) and I'm sure you also have headcanons with the story that'll need to be integrated 😅

Also I'm trying to establish a timeline in a way, hense the fiddling. I've changed Eurynome's story into being founded in the viridian forest at 10, then raised in viridian city where she left at 16. I've also changed from her first Pokemon being mew to it being Gothitelle, it just makes more sense? But imma need all the deats with Lance, ramble to me please I actually need it--

this is doubly awkward. i have Not read the yellow-hgss portions of spe.. ive mentioned a couple times before that nhp (and a bit of rh) specifically used to be tied to the blogs of a friend, those of which focused mainly on gsc & hgss spe, who's since lost interest in pkm totally. and now it's sorta just up to me to fill in the blanks and even retcon a bit of it now that this friend is no longer really in the picture of my stories, because basically our lore was practically made in halves (i did half (unova), friend did half (johto)) that were totally enmeshed. so that is to say i never read lance and silver's stuff and relied on the retellings/hcs of my friend, and im not intimately familiar with what goes on in lance's side of things but i can give you the vaguest of rundowns. i am sorry 🙏

i guess this is the cautionary tale of intertwining lore with friends. but honestly i really enjoy what the concept of alder and lance being related has been able to do for ideas and stuff so i don't wholly regret it, it just sorta makes everything tricky now and is also why ive been keeping lance & co relegated to the bg. for one it just sorta makes me sad to try and portray silver and lance myself. and two i just genuinely don't know wtf im talking about for a LOT of lance's story..

but also hey at least it makes in character sense for alder to be cagey about exactly what went down LMAO

anyways as for the rundown

basically lance is a villain for about half or 3/4ths of his duration in spe. he has a whole N Moment where because he can hear the voices of pokemon he decides humans need to super majorly die rn and goes terrorist mode to get it done. so lance blows up like half of vermillion city with a help of a dragonair or dragonite (idr which one) and infiltrates both the team rocket and the e4 (which in spe, is already compromised by rocket if im not mistaken, like half the gym leaders and all of the e4 are evil in yellow istg)

then also similar to n has a come to jesus moment through the power of repeatedly getting her ass kicked by teenagers and is no longer committing murder but still kinda hates people, prior to gsc if im not mistaken. it's through hgss that lance seems to fully stop the hating people thing and chill out a bit via helping stop pryce from destroying the world

so that's the manga canon. and im aware that ive made time itself a bit fucked up and evil by the fact that i haven't really set specific years for everything that happens. honestly i kinda lost track of how much older n is than silver, which makes it WAY harder to figure out where exactly johto is, events-wise. silver gets kidnapped at age 2 which is what causes team rocket to start, and n is 8 currently. i think silver was a teenager as n was in their 20s so depending on how much of a teenager he was exactly, silver could probably already be born in rh, though probably not already kidnapped, therefore team rocket doesn't exist yet. which does throw a wrench in literally everything because before lance ever blows up vermillion he is already in the e4 which is already compromised by rocket, yet vermillion is already destroyed in rh because lance was put in a psych ward as a result. so. basically that's me saying ive created an impossible timeline /lh

we can finagle a bit and say lance did that before sneaking into rocket or whatever since again. rocket doesn't really exist yet. i never really liked the concept of the kanto pml being totally evil anyways. crooked, maybe, considering they'd allow a terrorist in, but idk! anyways yeah. im sorry that was a really lackluster and confusing reply. basically since ive mapped out so little with lance's timeline, when it comes to eurynome you have a good bit of wiggle room to figure stuff out, and if you have any suggestions of your own feel free to say em :]

also just as an aside lance and alder were also born in viridian forest, hence the pokemon talk abilities. it's just sorta spe canon that if you're born there you can hear pokemon in some capacity, and even heal them by touch which i omitted from lance and alder and such. but yeah that's all

Okay so im not gonna do allll my dnd characters cuz their are uh...a lot?? But I will do the few I have made for the Main campaign I'm in!

So first off we have Olivern They/them, my Half-Arctic Elf Half (???) Rogue. They are a baby and I love them. They commit crimes a lot and have both Daddy and Mommy issues. Also they are very touched starved and try their best to be edgy but cant cause they are 2 baby. They love animals and old people and also little kids. And hugs. They also love to draw and make gifts for their friends.

Second we have Elris He/They (Not his real name but shuush) Oliverns Dad, the group has run into him a few times, both him and Oliven look almost exactly alike so they both know that they are related but are kinda just...pretending they arent lol. Elris loves his child, the reason he left is because he couldnt handle the grief of his child dying cause Ollie was born super sick and by the time they came back to try and fix things Ollie had already been taken away. He only sometimes runs into the group and each time the two of them ignore each other, Ollie doesnt really care about them and Elris respects their wishes.

Next we have Oliverns Grandpa he/him, a half-elf. He really loved Olivern and planned on raising them before they were snatched and taken away. He hasnt shown up yet but basically he has big tits and he's a criminal. That is all.

Next up is Jackson! They/Them. Jackson was actually for another Side campaign set in the same timeline but we decided we didnt like it but we liked the characters so we wrote them into the main story as semi-npcs. Jack is a Artificer/Warlock who is a lil unhinged. They are a cyborg and their patron is a giant jellyfish lady. Enough said.

-Plot with more members, definitely! I try to expand of course and rp threads with everyone but I think I could do better and could def do bigger plots with more people.

-Complete more tasks tbh. This one is gonna be hard for me to do but idk if I could do at least one task every other month that would be an improvement over last year haha.

-Continue to work on scenery and detail etc. My weaknesses. I hope that rping more detail-oriented characters, like Charlie or even Mowgli, or exploring the lake with Andrina or the forest with Prince/Merida will help with this. Though also just being more aware of it in the day to day

A lot of it has to do with things he isn’t dealing with (trauma from Taka and going down into hell). Also very specifically I want him to rp with Marie more bc Berrie is kinda underdeveloped both on my part as an rper and his part as like a mediocre brother lmao. I also like him as a supporting role in other people’s plots and I hope I can keep pushing him in those directions. And of course I’m very interested to see him and Simba repair and grow their relationship hopefully stronger than ever. <3 OH and g row a backbone tbh stand up for himself more do it ber

Kiara: Figure out her school life!! I still want to have her shadow someone sooo I think I could see her shadowing Minnie or even Jiminy since she’s sort of into health and social work. Also explore her envy of her friends with magic bc she had powers in Star wars and lowkey she still wants powers (opportunity for Feys Gold Antics here-- also feel liek there could be something interesting in Kiara v. Jake if Jake really does start getting more elitist)

Hades: BOARD STUFF. Im really excited to play Hades as a politician and like-- authority figure in town. Though he’s gotta save his own soul first lol. Also supporting Belle in hopefully going back to school. Alsoooo there are loose threads in hell that I have and would like 2 look into…

Also hopefully grow his relationships with all hospital personnel and patients, and maybe get a  mentorship with Tibbs and/or Sweet. In fact it’d be really cooool if he could eventually help Sweet with his research like as an intern or assistant or something. And also i want to get him to an event but i need him to get a friend for that so!!! A texting buddy friend, that is a specific goal.
